Jarrod Spajic is a qualified builder with over a decade of experience in the construction industry and a proud member of the Master Builders Association of New South Wales. Throughout his career, Jarrod has built a reputation for delivering high-quality projects with a strong focus on craftsmanship, communication and client satisfaction.

Before relocating to Narooma in 2020, Jarrod spent many years working throughout Sydney and Wollongong, managing a diverse range of projects from high-end architectural homes to large-scale renovations and cost-effective residential builds. This broad experience has provided him with the knowledge and expertise to successfully deliver projects of varying size, style and complexity.

In 2022, Jarrod established Montague Building & Construction, an independent building company specialising in custom homes, major renovations and additions across Narooma and the surrounding South Coast region. Since then, he has built a skilled and dedicated team who share his commitment to quality workmanship, attention to detail and exceptional customer service.

As a hands-on builder, Jarrod personally oversees every project from start to finish, working closely with clients, trades and suppliers to ensure the highest standards are maintained throughout the building process.
