It involved structural changes, new bathroom, toilet and laundry, repairs to a stairway, bedroom and garage walls, and external trim. We're so happy we did. + Having renovated a couple of times before, it is very rare to end the project feeling positive. Jarrod and his team at Montague Building completely changed that! We undertook a full renovation of our Dalmeny home which included a new roof, new kitchen​, bathrooms and laundry etc. Nothing was too much trouble for Jarrod. He had a real commitment to creating and delivering the vision with us. His eye for detail, his thoroughness and his ability to come up with creative solutions that worked better for our budget was exceptional. In addition to all of this, he project managed the entire renovation as we were not based in Dalmeny at the time. There were multiple times when he resourced challenging products or materials for us proactively and cost effectively. He provided comprehensive receipts and transparency of all costs and when we would make changes (such as swapping the colour of one of the air conditioning units) he worked with the supplier to source the new product and also resell the old one so the changeover cost was minimised for us. I couldn't recommend Jarrod and his team highly enough. He is trustworthy, honest, hardworking, exceptionally skilled, an all round good person and consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were thrilled with our home - which we are!! Thank you Jarrod and your team for being such a pleasure to deal with and for helping us create a place beyond our expectations. Garry Pollack

+ I had a full house renovation in Kianga. Total reconfiguration of internal floor plan, added decks all around, in iron bark, roof tiles removed and metal replaced. Kitchen totally relocated and designed as were ensuites etc. Inside was taken back to studs! Total inside was completely reframed. Jarrod & team are very focussed on fine details - real craftsman in their art. Extremely approachable, great communication from start to finish. Many custom changes made. Jarrod had great ideas too to add to mine. The tiler Josh, is out of this world and Judd on the hard wood floors incredible. Painters so good and all friendly & clean work spaces. Jarrod is quick to respond and flexible. He project manages well and kept me in the loop all the way and every turn consulted & clarified. Project was enormous. People stop by and comment to me everyday on the quality and beauty of the outside. Inside is exactly what I wanted. From start to finish, Jarrod followed my vision & design. The place is open. Airy. Lots of sliders & windows. Takes on all the views & stylish in a modern but classic way. Over 8+ months. I would highly recommend Montague Builders for any project big or small. Jarrod is a great leader and I can see Montague Builders being that build that everyone can spot due to the meticulous work. He is an artist. Dianna Fornasier

+ Jarrod and his team built a wonderful new deck for me over summer. The old deck had rotted away and so they pulled it all down, put in new joists and we now have a really neat looking deck with no nails and the highest level of fire safety. Some nice added touches like oiling the joists, adding some waterproofing between the joists and cutting up the old joists for firewood. A great bunch of guys as well. Rory Kleeman
